Vice President of Product
Led SaaS Training business for NAVEX Global, a global leader in the Ethics and Compliance industry. Collaborated with private equity owner The Riverside Company on due diligence, integration and scaling the business of this four company merger. Improved the product line and reduced development operational costs through offshoring and increased resourcing by 600%. Drove mobile/HTML5 conversion of content library. Worked closely with Sales on developing the GTM strategy to increase Training line of business by 2x, ultimately leading to acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in late 2014.

Led due diligence and integration efforts in the acquisition of Fuel, a custom e-learning firm that grew LRN's international creative team of 120. Course production doubled in 1 year and team morale increased as evidenced by a 50% reduction in employee turnover rate. Reduced costs of Content production by 32% while simultaneously doubling course production. Developed long and short-term strategy to support business growth by elevating the quality of LRN's e-learning content, driving revenue growth by 35% and increasing market share to maintain market leadership.
Built successful consulting practice specializing in creative development and project leadership. Identified business opportunities regarding production of new media content including film, television, and 2D/3D animation. Supervised production of 2D and 3D animation prototypes for museum exhibits and interactive kiosks.
